New Committee 2017 – 2018 Season

Our AGM was, as you may know, held last week and a full report will be given in next issue of ‘Scene Magazne’.

Many thanks to those of you who attended the meeting and who renewed their membership

However, I thought I’d let you know the names of the new Committee elected and installed for the 2017-2018 season;

At  a General Meeting last year it was agreed that as the Group seemed to have now evolved into a Production Company, our Membership Structure should  be changed to reflect this altered situation.

Our membership will still run annually from October to October but we will no longer have an Associate Membership scheme and Associate members will now be classified as Full Members.

Annual General Membership fee has been reduced to £10 per person which includes all benefits like attending meetings, voting rights at Meetings, standing for Committee positions, receive copies of our in-house Magazine ‘Scene’, rights to auditions for all productions, etc.

However, we will now introduce a one off Annual Production fee of £30 (£15 concessions), running for the same annual period October to October)  should you be cast in a production or productions during a current membership year.

We feel that this will more appropriately reflect the current situation of the Group and our Constitution will be amended to incorporate this change.
