Membership Theatre West Four
At a General Meeting last year (2016) it was agreed that as the Group seemed to have now evolved into a Production Company, our Membership Structure should be changed to reflect this altered situation.
Our membership will still run annually from October to October but we will no longer have an Associate Membership scheme and Associate members will now be classified as Full Members.
Annual General Membership fee has been reduced to £10 per person which includes all benefits like attending meetings, voting rights at Meetings, standing for Committee positions, receive copies of our in-house Magazine ‘Scene’, rights to auditions for all productions, etc.
However, we will now introduce a one off Annual Production fee of £30 (£15 concessions), running for the same annual period October to October) should you be cast in a production or productions during a current membership year.
We feel that this will more appropriately reflect the current situation of the Group and our Constitution will be amended to incorporate this change.
